May BozemanLUG Meeting - Had to change the date of the meeting due to a scheduling conflict. Rather than being the last Thursday of May it will be the first Thursday of June. The June meeting is still planned for the last Thursday in June.
Joseph Gable has volunteered to give a presentation on PC Linux OS and setting up an RPM build environment. He is a contributor to PCLOS. Joseph is from the HelenaLUG and works in Computer Support for the Montana Department of Transportation in the Carrier Services department.
Scott Dowdle will briefly show off his fairly new Acer Aspire One D150 netbook running MontanaLinux (a Fedora 10 remix).

At the Helena Public Library, 7-9 PM.
Caryl Bigenho, OLPC Support Volunteer and long time educator, will be bringing an OLPC (One Laptop Per Child) "Roadshow in a Box" to discuss the OLPC project as well as Activity development opportunities. She will be bringing 10 OLPC XO units of which 5 can be checked out for a few weeks if desired.
The location for the meeting will be EPS 254 which is next door to the regular meeting room (EPS 259). EPS 254 has 33 PCs we can use.
